CeMM is an interdisciplinary research institute of the Austrian Academy of Sciences committed to advancing the understanding of human diseases through basic and biomedical research. Located in a tailor-made building in the midst of the campus of the Medical University of Vienna, CeMM is dedicated to its mission statement to pioneer science that nurtures the precise, personalised, predictive and preventive medicine of the future.
The mission of CeMM is to achieve maximum scientific innovation in molecular medicine to improve healthcare. CeMM’s research is based on post-genomic technologies and focuses on societally important diseases, such as immune disorders and infections, cancer and metabolic disorders. Role within ImmunoSep
Within the ImmunoSep Project the Bock Lab at CeMM will generate genome-wide accessibility profiles using ATAC-seq, followed by state-of-the-art bioinformatics integration. We will use an optimizied ATAC-seq protocol that is well-established in the Bock lab, which we have successfully applied to >2,000 primary patient samples from several projects.
